Ley Class Minesweepers. Photos, details and history of the Royal Navy minesweepers of the Ley Class, launched 1952 - 1955 including HMS Dingley, HMS Aveley, HMS Brearley, HMS Brenchley, HMS Brinkley, HMS Broadley, HMS Broomley, HMS Burley, HMS Chailey and HMS Cradley.
Dingley	3rd September 1952	Sold July 1967.
Aveley	16th February 1953	Became Sea Cadet training ship Woolwich, 1983. Broken up 1986.
Brearley	16th June 1953	Sold May 1971.
Brenchley	19th July 1954	Sold January 1966.
Brinkley	14th September 1954	Sold January 1966.
Broadley	24th November 1953	Destroyed by fire, 29th September 1956. Wreck sold 1957.
Broomley	14th April 1953	Renamed Watchful, January 1959. Sold 1968.
Burley	6th January 1954	Renamed Squirrel December 1959. Sold January 1968.
Chailey	11th November 1954	Sold June 1969.
Cradley	24th February 1955	Renamed Isis, 1963. Sold April 1982.
