Naval history of the American aircraft carrier USS Enterprise which was built in also notice board for naval enthusiasts of the Enterprise. Took part in a World cruise in 1963. Took part in Vietnam operations from 1965 onwards. Repairs after a rocket exploded on flight deck in 1969. Became CVN65 in July 1975. Served with Atlantic Fleet in 1975 then moved to the Pacific Fleet. |
